What is a cookie bar?
A cookie bar is a layered cookie. From there we let our imaginations run wild. The layers can be anything from homemade fruit preserves sandwiched between a shortbread crust and crumble topping to a Belgium chocolate brownie topped with cheesecake topped with a chocolate chip cookie (OMG!). The possibilities are endless and we’re always dreaming up new creations.
What other products do you offer?
We couldn’t just stop at cookie bars! We have a wide variety of brownies, breakfast bars, trail bars, homemade marshmallows and bakery morning treats like crumb cake and pound cake. And we have the drinks to go with them – small batch roasted coffee, our own real hot chocolate, fresh squeezed lemonade and real brewed iced tea. We are always adding to our menu so feel free to suggest something you may be looking for.
What makes us different?
Integrity with Indulgence! That’s our mantra. We believe that if you can’t pronounce it, you shouldn’t be eating it. We wanted to make desserts that were better for you both physically and energetically so we started by cutting way back on the sugar and white flour. We use all local fruits and we never add gelatins or thickeners. We use local eggs and only Belgium / Swiss chocolates. Everything is made by hand from scratch with absolutely no additives and preservatives, ever.
What inspires us?
We tap into the never-ending supply of energy and inspiration that is the universe. Every one of our delicious creations gets infused with its magic. We use only the finest ingredients but this is the one that matters most. Take a bite of the Apricot Moonshot or Starry Night Brownie and tell us you don’t feel a little more grounded, a little more in tune. That’s the love that goes into every bar and it’s our gift to you.
Are all products available all year long?
Some of our bars like the Pretzel Brownie are always available. Others like Blueberry Crush or Cinnamon Peach are seasonal because we use local fruit. We make extra preserves and freeze them whenever we can and we also have many holiday specialties so give us a call or send us a message and we’ll let you know what’s available.
Where are you located?
Our kitchen and coffee shop is located at 12 Railroad Avenue in the historic village of Warwick, New York. Warwick is home to fertile black dirt farms, sprawling apple orchards, wineries and one of the last surviving drive in movie theaters. We also participate in many local farmers markets and events. Due to our growing small business and family needs we may not always be at the store. If you are making a special trip, please reach out to us via phone or email.

How long will my cookie bars stay fresh?
Keep them refrigerated! Our cookie bars and brownies are made with the freshest ingredients and contain no preservatives. Please enjoy within 5-7 days of receipt or freeze to enjoy later. Our creations last the longest when wrapped in parchment paper first and then foil or Tupperware. Plastic wrap or bags will not work for preserving our bars due to excess moisture and air around the product.
Do we cater to specific diets?
Yes, we offer gluten free and vegan options. Our kitchen is not certified gluten free. However, we bake all gluten free items on a day when nothing else is being baked and all utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized before and after baking. We take pride in making sure there is absolutely no cross-contamination. And the best part is our gluten free bars taste anything but. As for vegan specific diets, please call ahead and we’ll work with you to come up with something delicious.
What about nut allergies?
Many of our recipes contain walnuts or other tree nuts as a main ingredient. While there are other Cookie Bars that do not contain nuts, all of our bars are made in the same area. Though best practices are used in our kitchens, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur.
Can I pre-order my cookie bars or brownies?
Of course you can, in any amount you like! We can either box them up for shipping or create a mixed tray to pick up in store. You can order from the website, by phone or send us a message on Facebook. You can even pick up your order at one of our local farmer’s markets if we happen to be in your area. Just ask us!
What about weddings, parties and events? Do you cater?
Yes! We offer a variety of solutions for any social gathering from delivery to in-store pick up. If you like we can cut the cookie bars into bite size pieces for friends and family to share and enjoy a variety of flavors. We can also create a custom flavor just for you (It’s one of our favorite things to do)! Give us a call. We’ll be happy to help you plan the dessert menu for your next event.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes it is! All information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the browser window and an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom left corner of the window.
What if I don’t trust the internet? Can I order over the phone?
Yes you can! The number to call is 1-845-500-3737. Our customer service representatives will be delighted to assist you. If you should receive our answering service, please leave a message and we will get back to you. We do not return missed calls due to scams.
